This was our second trek with the Mountain Hawk team and it was just as well organised and fun as the first. We were in regular contact with Prem via telephone and skype during the build up to our trek. He designed the trek entirely around our schedule and the overall organisation was superb. He advised us on what to equipment and clothing to take, what physical training to undertake in preparation for the trek and what to expect from the trek itself. He was spot on! Prem, Badry and his team were a great laugh along route, they always kept our team motivated and went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. They are excellent mountain guides and always put our teams safety first. I can't thank the Mountain Hawk team enough for all of their efforts and making our trip a truly memorable one. We have already recommended Mountain Hawk to many friends back in London and will continue to do so. I will definitely be using Mountain Hawk again the next time i go trekking.

Mountain Hawk were recommended to me by friends who trekked with them last year on their honeymoon. From the organising perspective, couldn't have been easier. Prem was quick to reply to any emails as I worked out exactly what I wanted to, which ended up going to Chitwan NP and doing the Everest Base Camp trek. Everything was taken care of from when I arrived in Kathmandu to when I flew out, and when I was sick in Kathmandu and had to wait a day under doctors orders, changing plans wasn't a problem. Badri was my guide for the trek and I couldn't have asked for a better guide. Not only does he have a good knowledge of the area, he is a top bloke and great company, always with a big smile on his face and a great attitude, the kind of guy that gets along with everyone. (Though letting me win at cards a bit more would've been nice lol). The staff at the guesthouses like him as well, which means you get the things you won't have thought about beforehand but you appreciate during the trek, like your meals on time, the best possible room and preference when rearranging for an earlier flight from Lukla. I'm very happy to recommend Mountain Hawk for anyone going trekking in Nepal, I loved the experience
